Step 1 - Find out what you information you need to gather

The above screen shot was taken from the dida website under the spreadsheet section (called danceometer in this case!). It very clearly says what information you need to gather. You must create a set of questions which will adequatly gather all of this information.

It may seem obvious what the quiz should contain but you must still write down what is required. It is very easy to miss one or two of the required elements.

The questions document will help you jot down your ideas and give you a chance to design a good set of questions.
