Step 5 - Creating a form

Forms are nice way to add new data to your database. You will be required to create a form for your database based on your design. Forms are a little tricky to create but using the help videos on this website should make the task much simpler!

The help videos should be watched before you start. They can save you a lot of time later down the road!

1. Create a new form using a Wizard [view]

Some of the items can be done in a different order. However if you are not comfortable in Access then make sure you do follow them exactly!
