Step 4 - Creating a report

Once you have gathered information from your database it is time to create the publication. This can be done either as a report or as a seperate document. Each has it's own advantages and disadvantages.

Make sure you have taken screen shots before you move on. It will be difficult to go back if you have not.

Using a third application is a lot easier in terms of design. You will have to copy the results of the database into your publication but that is normally very easy. It is important to check to see if you are allowed to do it this way!
