Sources Table
All research you find must be put into the sources table. The sources table has a lot of columns which may seem confusing at first. Below is an explaination of each column.
| Column | Explaination |
| Item (filename or extension) | This is the name of the file where the research can be found. This may be the name of the image file or of a document containg the research. If the research is a image then you could use a thumbnail! |
| Where found | This is the address of where you found the research. Remember you should never reference Google! Click here to for help on finding the address. |
| P & S (primary or secondary) | Anything that you create yourself is considered primary research. Anything found on the internet or in books is considered secondary. You can put a P or S for primary and secondary. |
| Permission required | If you are going to copy some text, images or music then you will require permission from the person who created it. You either write yes or no. |
| Details of permission if used | Click here for advice on this section. This is the section students tend to find the hardest! |
| Produced by | Images uploaded on websites are owned by either the website or by and indervidual user. You have to look carefully when you find a image to see if it is owned by the website or owned by a user of the website. Click here to see a image create by a user of SXC.hu. |
| Details of editing | It is likely that you will edit your images or music as you use them. You should put details of what editing you have done here. |
| Where used | Every place you use your research you should list in this column. |
