Step 3 - Tweaking a query

Your first query will probably not fully meet the requirments unless your very lucky! You should tweak the query in order to make it match exactly (or as close as you can get) to the brief. The more tweaking you do then the more likely you can get higher marks.

Take screen shots of any changes you make. Check out the screen shot example for more information.

When tweaking a coded field you can enter the code you want to look for in the critera. The image above shows an example critera for a coded field. The possible options would be "L", "M" or "H" for low, medium or high. This infromation would be found in the data items file.

The above image shows a second type of critera. This works on number fields. You can use simple comparison operators such as less than, greater than etc. If you are feeling adventerous you can also use AND and OR operators.
