Step 8 - Testing! Yes it is important!
How do you test a website? It is simple and does not take too long. Even so it is amazing how many students hand in E-Portfolios which do not work. Common problems are -
Does not fit in the browser (have to do excessive scrolling about)

Untested work will mean that you will only get 3/9 for your E-portfolio. It also means that you may forget to include other work which again will loose you marks. |
To test your work you need to click on every (yes every!) link to ensure that they work as expected. If tyou hand work in which is untested then you are shooting yourself in the foot!
You should also make sure that you have added all of the work you have produced. This includes -

If it is not in the E-portfolio then you will not get any credit for it! It is up to you to ensure you add all of your work. |
