Step 7 - Updating your plan

If you have not created a diary this section will be very difficult! Make sure you fill in your diary every week. |
At the end of each main task you will need to update your plan. Some tasks will of been completed on time, some early and the rest late. The diary should say when each task was completed so you will use this to fill out the plan.
For each task you need to fill out two colums.
When you fill in the dates you will notice that total duration and difference will automatically complete. If you finished early/late the dates of other tasks should automatically update. Don't you just love technology! The image below shows a task which has been completed late. This can also be seen in the example video.
